Without our consent, they did a withdraw from out checking for our mortgage payment the day after we came in and made a cash payment. After we came to resolve the issue they said that it cannot be resolved in person but only over the phone. We sat on hold for 2 hours at the Washington street branch and got no where. If I wanted to be put on hold I would have called from home. BOA lost my business forever as well as the business of my close friends and family. Atrocious and despicable customer service with no regards to respect. Also I have no option of viewing my mortgage statement online like in other banks do, ... We came to this branch after to see if it was any different. We were told the same thing here by Jerome the manager. BANK OF AMERICA DOES NOT RESPECT YOU ENOUGH TO DEAL WITH YOU IN PERSON. Pathetic.

The two tellers they do have are very friendly but they definitely need to hire more tellers. The line is always out the door.

FYI! If you have a "e" checking account and thinking you might want to close it, DON'T do it if you're not sure, because they don't offer that account anymore, and the banker lady Eva Mao sucks, she didn't explain all the options I had. I'm very disappointed with the lack of communication this lady had with me. I also don't like the fact when I came to turn in my automatic deposit information, the teller didn't say that I needed to do anything else, and then I wanted to go in the bank and do a transaction they wanted to charge me, because they never updated the info.

Worst customer service and always long queue. Try to avoid going to this branch.

I can't decide. I love the manager. He is incredible. The rest of the staff pretty much sucks. They have given bad information at least 15 times. No communication between central card service (the number on the card)phone and this location. I've been told balances that were not accurate by tellars so many times I won't ask again.
