Went into this branch yesterday and was very impressed with the staff and the customer service. My needs were more detailed and I sat down with the branch manager Shauna. She was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and she made me feel very at ease. I left feeling confident that all of my needs were met. The team at 122nd is lucky to have you.

Haven’t had a problem, maybe is because I rarely come into the bank. If I really NEED to I will and so far they’ve been pretty good experiences. There are some employees who give dirty looks but I just stare back in till the back off :>

People at this location called the police on me simply all I wanted to know was my check deposit i did. They really treated me like a minority. Super RUDE
