I agree with the other reviews. Calling a Wal-Mart in China has better phone answering service than this branch or much of any of the branches around it in Frisco. Still no call answered. I'm just glad I'm not a customer.

Also called here several times, trying all of the extensions, and never got an answer. Whats worse is that they tell you to call to set an appointment, but it seems almost impossible with noone answering the phone
