How can it take 20 minutes to cash a check?  My assumption this is a corporate issue?  They require more BS than any other bank but still have frequent security breaches?  Do they have English speaking employees? Help!

Best costumer service!! Thanks Anil your the best! I will definitely come to this branch instead of 12066 FM423, Frisco, TX 75034! It may not be closer to me but I rather use this branch!

We have 3 business accounts this bank has screwed up multiple times by crossing accounts and depositing money in wrong accounts. Recently they put a VERY large business check on hold for 14 days, said there was nothing they could do. I even spoke to the branch manager he was unwilling to help in any way. Will never go to this branch again!  I went to my normal branch on Legacy they said  absolutely let me call Chase bank and get that check off hold. With in 10 minutes funds were available.
