I drove through the ATM lane, today.  I specifically requested "No receipt."  When I retrieved my card and took my cash, a receipt came out.

I immediately tried calling the branch to let them know about the malfunction.  Sadly, after calling ten times and hearing the same recorded message ("We're sorry...blah, blah, blah,...try again later."), I feel I have no choice but to leave a bad review.

They were open when I called.  I just wasn't dressed to go inside, so I thought a phone call would be more appropriate.  There is no excuse for them letting the phone ring unabated.  Somebody could have answered.

Drive through is super slow and when you go in you'll see that is actually due to the people that work there is just goofing off and there is some walking around the the empty offices making sure keyboards are tilted the right way 🤔instead of helping customers out😵.
