This bank makes it easy to do business. Plus, if your cards are stolen, they are very quick to put a stop to it and help you get your money back.

Rip-off. They talked us into getting a checking account because we had our mortgage with them. Then when we did a refi, bam they hit us with a $15 fee and would not waive it. I know it's my resp to read the fine print to find the rip-off fees, but still places like Chase have worked with me in the past to fix unexpected fees like this. Never again.
