Everytime I need to use the drivethru or come inside to handle a check, it takes at LEAST 20 to 30 minutes minimum. Rediculous. There is only ever 1 drivethru open, ever. Took 35 minutes to do a check cash and deposit today.

I just wanna say how horrible this branch is. I deposited a big amount of money throw ATM which the line wasn’t moving and people been talking bad about it. I use there new ATM to do the deposit and my 95% of money got jammed and I didn’t get credit to my account today is the 5th day . When the problem happen that same day they said they can’t do anything because ATM is not associated to bank I heard that in a very good way but today is 5th day the money is not in my account called bank 8 times not even a single time they pick up the phone. Now I have to leave work and use my PTO to cover my rest of the day. I never ever recommend anyone to use this branch. I still like BOA but I hate there branches just because of understaff.

Hate this bank with a passion. Worst customer service. They close early which makes it impossible to take care of anything. Charge fees for everything and anything.

$8 dollar fee to cash a $150 check drawn from their own bank. 

PATHETIC. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. 

By the way, finished this review while teller was "waiting for approval" to make the transaction.
