Staff is very polite and helpful. I have visited 4 times here and was taken care all the times fairly fast (Under 15 minutes) without prior appointment.

Walked in because I needed an ATM (and was a passenger in a vehicle, so didn't want to use the drive up one). 

When I walked in, I was greeted by a personal banker I assume. I looked around and didn't see an ATM. I asked her "Do you not have an ATM inside?" She replied that they did not, but I was more than welcome to walk up to the one outside, rather than drive through.

At this point, I would have expected that she would have then offered to help me out and just have me withdraw the money at a counter. Instead, she just kind of looked at me... we shared an awkward moment, where I just finally said "alright....thanks" and walked out. 

Been a Chase client for years, with both my Personal and Business accounts residing here... Never have I had an issue, but I definitely expect more customer service than what occurred here today.

We've now been in the waiting area for 40 minutes. ONE personal banker here today, though there are 6 cubicles and a closed office. Never any walk up tellers available in any Chase anymore. 2 in the drivethru area. Made an appointment last time we needed an account change and waited 40 minutes past our appointment time so we didn't see a point in making an appointment this time. Clearly doesn't matter if you have one or not. Obviously terribly understaffed.

I called to request information regarding international wire transfers and Ed was very polite and efficiently gave me all the info I needed. Quick and good, congratulations.
