Completely unacceptable "customer service." Went in to this location to get a money order and make a simple change to our account. We were told there were two people ahead of us to see the banker but that if we cane back in 40 minutes they would take care of things. 40 minutes later we come back and we were told or would be over an hour. The man talking to us at that point decided to blame us for not making an appointment even though that was not given as an option; we were instructed to come back in 40 minutes and that's what we did. No attempt was made to find a solution, only a cursory sorry for the trouble and blaming us for not doing something that was not given as an option.

Came to this location after a horrible experience in Denton.  While we wee in line, I saw how friendly the bankers and tellers were with everyone and they were all super busy.  We didn't wait too long to get to a teller.  The young lady who helped us was very friendly and attempted to complete our transaction in a timely manner.  We were attempting to make a deposit in a Chase account from an account with another bank and hit a snag.  She was so apologetic, but told us exactly what we/she could do to resolve the issue, never bashing me for using another bank.  Hubby went back with cash and was back in the car in just a few minutes.  He had also had a very positive experience with this branch, earlier in the week.

Terrible customer service. Went in to cash a check had to do it with a representative. There was one representative working at her desk and had no one in there with her. When we asked her to help us she rudely said she had an appointment and couldn't help us. Won't ever go back to that branch.. what happened to Zachary? He was so professional and a pleasure to work with.

Terrible customer service. Understaffed and the staff that is there don't want to work. Multiple visits, same results. Trrbl

I just enrolled new accounts with Chase bank, so far so good! Zachary was the one who took care of me while doing my transactions, he was  extremely helpful and professional!  They are always on time for my appointments. I definitely recommend this location
