I went into this location due to a mistake made at another location. Vanessa, the manager, at this Oak Grove site was very helpful. I was in a long line and Vanessa came to each person asking them what they were there for. She directed me to her desk since she could help with my situation. It was an easy process working with her. She has common sense and sometimes that’s not very common.

Long lines and short staffed. The bank manager she seems she can’t do any basic functions of a personal banker and had us wait for the only personal banker working. We waited a hour and it seemed the banker was not going to finish up anytime soon. But all of a sudden the bank manager know how to do a wire transfer for someone she knew!??? But can’t do my simple transaction. We just left.

ID verification took forever on one occasion. At an other day they refuse to cash a check because I was not a bank customer and a check was "greater then $2000". Even though it was b of a check. In my opinion so not a friendly bank!👎
