I've typically have mediocre experiences with banks, but opening a new account count today was a delightful one. Normally I wouldn't use "delightful" to describe bank visits, but this visit took the cake. I had been looking to change banks, and after being treated rudely at another bank because THEIR system was down (the manager asked what I needed, when I told him he replied "not gunna happen"), I literally randomly ended up in the parking lot of Chase Bank thinking there was a Bank of America there. Fantastic staff! Thank you!!

Opened an account here. Looked at my welcome packet and I had someone else's checks. Someone else has my checks. Very unprofessional and incompetent, leaves me and the other affected party susceptible to identity theft and monetary theft.
