I've been with this bank for some time and they suck. Their mobile app always has problems and won't login. It's been a constant thing for a long time. Then when you want a balance or want to make a mobile deposit you can't. Worse yet are the crappy hours. If you get locked out of your account they have a number to call, but only during the hours they are open. Screws you up after hours or on weekends, requiring you to go to their location to do anything. Super crappy tech support. I'm leaving. They've gotten worse.

They are never friendly. Been a customer for several years and still get asked for ID just about every time. I like that they are never busy and I can get right through the drive-thru or inside

rudest people i have ever seen in my life.i know why , that is because i'm foreign. yes i'm from middle east , but it doesn't mean i'm a bad person. they never answer my hi , they never look at my eyes when i talk to them. i'm crying right know. i'll go close my account today. if you are not american , don't go to this bank.
