got there 45 minutes before closing to seperate a person off of my account. both of us present, they said they couldnt take us because they were booked until closing. meanwhile, only one person was sitting on the couches waiting, and two desk representatives came out from the back... we said we could wait on the couches until there was availability, they told us we might as well leave since we wouldnt be seen. rude and unaccomidating.

The best servise I`ve used. When I was in line manager asked me what I want. Then Roberto give me perfect service and explain different of  products. I forgot my documents..Roberto wait me to I go to take documents.. I did`t stay in line more)))

Worst customer service I have seen in years. Absolutely unbelievably rude to the point I am closing my account! Stay away!!

UPDATE - went there to give them another shot a year later and was impressed with how much better things are.
