Reviews

The quality of the clothes has really gone down. Whereas some outfits would last a long time, now I'm finding that they easily fray, tear, or look old after a few washes. I guess you get what you pay for but still, their quality used to be much better.

I like Old Navy, however this particular store only gets 2 stars because of the long lines. I have gone three times to this store during 2016 and each time I've had to wait in line for over 30 minutes, with only 3 or 4 customers in front of me. Considering there's only 2 registers open that's an average of about 8 minutes per purchase transaction. Why is each transaction at the register so long? I don't understand. Please Old Navy, fix your issue at the register. It's the last thing a customer sees before leaving the store, that is if they don't get tired of waiting in line.
