Excellent stop for your children (and inner child) in a great, central location in the city. This store is compact but doesn’t feel crowded. It has many hands on activities and playing is encouraged. Good luck getting out without buying a set but you’ll be glad you did. There is a birthday space for rent in the back. Look up and you’ll see LEGO depictions of the history of this location, a nice touch. Make a day of it with the Museum of Math nearby and of course Madison Square Park across he street.

We got here days after Christmas, so it was rather busy. There was a line wrapping around the block, but the line was moving pretty quickly. Once inside, we were blown away by the various models on display. From cars to amazingly detailed star wars space ships the place is amazing. Truly a legoholic's dream come true. The sets on display are for purchase along with other sets and a wall of "spare parts". Despite the fact that the place was rammed full, the line moved really quickly. Definitely a must visit.

Small but very cool place for all ages, even yes adults!! The young guy who helped us when we were building our custom LEGO figures by providing us pieces from years past and unique pieces was super friendly and helpful; I wish I remembered his name!! I think it was Max. Either way that kid deserves a raise! You can really tell he truly enjoys his work and takes pride in being a LEGO specialist. We never asked for his help he came up to us on his own and made our visit extra special. My kiddos truly loved the custom LEGO pieces we made with his help when I got home!

I was totally surprised by how small this location was given its proximity to Rockefeller Center and the many tourists that stream through the place, however, what this location lacks in size it more than makes up for in awesomeness. The displays are super cool. I want the Millennium Falcon set so bad! Was able to pick up some Star Wars LEGO mini-figure keychains as souvenirs for my kids for a reasonable price. The customization options at this store are exciting for young builders and the staff are amazingly patient and helpful given the volume of foot traffic moving through the space.

GREAT selection and good prices. Staff were very friendly and helpful. You will have a long line to get in but it moved quickly. Prices were right on, no markups that I saw. Prices were the same as my local TRU but 4 times the selection. We visited it around 2 in the afternoon and only 1 or 2 kits were out of stock.
