I have bought 2 automobiles here. The first time they were very helpful and got me into a nice Jeep at a good deal. The 2nd time the place was under new management and it was as though nothing just change.The new manager was super helpful. The salesman was a very nice guy. And the Steve the finance manager is always on top of his job. I feel they gave me an even better deal than I got the first time. I would recommend this place 100%.

No professionalism at all. We were first met by Harley Hensley who was more concerned with making $50 off a test drive than actually selling a vehicle. After finding many flaws on the truck we nicely declined. After going back inside sales manager Kevin Hues made snarky comments along with Harley about us not wanting the truck because of the gouges on the fender and passenger side door. Would not recommend to anyone.

The guys at Basic Auto Sales are great. We have now gotten 2 cars from them and could not have asked for a better experience! Friendly, honest, no pressure atmosphere.

Just purchased a 2012 Volvo, everyone was very helpful, sales staff addressed every question we had. Had a couple of details that needed addressing they were taken care of without question. Financing was arranged without issue. Overall a very positive experience. Would not hesitate to go there again.

I would give a zero star rating if possible.  To keep it short. ..do not do business with these liars. They do not fix any issue ...let's just say they put us back into a van that kept shutting off mid drive  that could have caused an accident, injuries or death to me and my children.  No remorse for knowing they were not fixing the issue but clearly fine with taking a deductible payment everytime we tried to bring the van in. Rude, very money hungry liars every one of them.  They even tried stealing the van from another auto dealership that actually fixed the issue. I had the other dealerships manager call me to verify and I'm grateful they knew better.
