I bought a yellow beetle wagon and i love it. I am happy that me and the financial agent there came to a agreement and i was able to buy the car. The car runs great and hopefully it gives me my moneys worth. But in general everyone in the office was super nice and friendly.  Thank you :)

Purchased a truck from them. Transmission went out a week after I bought it. They never sent me a list they said they were going to send. Apparently the guy who sold me the truck which was a finance manager stopped working there after I bought it. Everyone was rude everytime I called after. Check their YELP reviews too. Not just google. They praised their google reviews but never mention to look at their YELP.

Came from over an hour away to find that the car had been advertised incorrectly as an automatic . We put our feelings aside to see if there was anything else worthwhile there and wanted to try out a mercury Sable for a test drive. Only problem is it never started. Run away, save your time, save your money. This place is a giant red flag. I purchased from Dulles Auto Sales with no regrets and much better service.

This car dealership will make sure that you drive away in a brand spanking new used vehicle that is sure to give you nightmares and ruin your life forever I had the absolute worst experience of my life as far as personal vehicles go here at Carstar I purchase a $10,000 Ford Expedition 3 days later my vehicle will not accelerate Beyond 10 miles per hour I took it to a Ford dealership had it fixed for a large sum of money shortly after that my vehicle completely died I need a new engine to purchase a new engine and have it installed as another $10,000 my Ford dealership diagnosis shows that the engine was bad prior to my purchase I spoke with Anthony from car star who can care less about the lemon I was sold I spoke to them 3 days after I purchased a vehicle and let them know suddenly my car stalled they show no interest they did not care they told me there is no lemon law and I had no warranty despite the fact that the finance guy explain to me all about gap insurance and a warranty is provided by the dealership this was a scam it was not included in the paperwork which we went through quickly signing I wish I knew better at the time that I purchased this vehicle I want my money back I want my credit back I am going to sue this company I've already contacted the Better Business Bureau I hope that you pay close attention to the reviews on Yelp and Facebook and if you need to reach out to me I will gladly lend you a piece of advice stay far away from this company. Anthony at the dealership claims to be the manager the regional manager the general manager and the owner and the only point of contact for a complaint he lacks sympathy empathy or the knowledge a vehicle's he told me to contact my attorney which I definitely plan on doing. Reading the reviews you will see that I'm not the only one who purchased a vehicle that broke down within the first few days of owning it from this company

Had another great experience with this dealership, purchased a truck a couple years ago which I recently traded back in and purchased another truck.  Got a great deal on my first purchase, great offer on my trade in and helped me get financed for a newer bigger truck.  Thanks to finance guy and other people in the office who helped me get my truck.
