Definitely worth the drive. I had considered several other cars including a new Subaru. Thomas is honest and straightforward. The whole process was very easy. Everyone you meet at the dealership engages you in a way you won't see at the mega dealers. It's about a relationship, selling you a car (in the best way, not just here's the car, what's it going to take to get you to buy, actual selling). Still a family owned dealership which is getting very rare. Lynn, the finance manager is direct and open. It's refreshing to see someone still doing things the right way. Do not hesitate to go and buy your next car here. I have bought a lot of cars over the years and this was definitely one of the best experiences I have had.

I was shopping for a lightly used Subaru Outback.  But I'm a Bells and Whistles guy on a budget.  I found one on a lot with some questionable business practices.  I told Billy at Reynolds about it and he worked his magic.  Bought the car and brought it to Reynolds.  When i got there today it looked like it just rolled off the showroom.  He had it detailed beautifully.  It was immaculate and had just put brand new brakes and rotors on it.  Its beautiful and in tip top condition.  Tracy took care of all the paperwork and financing.  She did incredible.  Made me feel like part of the family.  If you're looking for a Subaru or GM product, make sure you call Reynolds.  Best car buying experience I've ever had.  Thanks guys!

Large dealership on a small property though easy to navigate. Employees are super nice and helpful. Very noticeable from Richmond Rd. Service is thorough, patient and takes the time to do the job right the first time. Daquan in parts has a cool approach and knows his stuff. Salesman have a good visibility and are ready to help you choose a vehicle. Very knowledgeable on options and financing.

Reynolds GM Subaru is the epitome of what a car dealership should be. Seriously other dealers you should be taking notes! This lovely place was founded in 1938 on Madison Road in Orange, Virginia. We absolutely loved that not much had changed. From our perspective and we think theirs it is the customer that rises to the top. We purchased the Buick Envision Premier II with everything. Each and every person treated us great. We got a fair deal and enjoyed the experience, imagine that. All employees greeted us with a smile and they are all professional and represent the top of what they do. We will have a continued relationship with this dealership for sure. We recommend them to all. Go in and see how buying a car is supposed to be you will be pleasantly surprised. Thank you Reynolds GM Subaru we are customers for life.

Recently purchased a pre-owned Buick Enclave from Reynolds.  My experience was totally awesome.  They treated me like family.  I got a very good deal.  They were very honest with everything.  They even filled the car with gas before I left.  Who does that?!  Strong recommendation to consider Reynolds for your next purchase needs.  Marc C.
