This is the best way to buy a car. The staff is knowledgeable and polite. I was looking around town for a used BMW and this was the best price in town. When I arrived I didn't feel any pressure tactics from the staff. I had my own financing worked out already so the process was rather quick. I will recommend Carlotz to my friends and family. I'm very happy with my car I'm always getting compliments on how nice it looks.

Bought a 2008 from here that ended up needing a whole new transmission. All in all, CarLotz took the transmission out of my car three times, the first used one they installed didn’t work so they ended up buying me a brand new transmission. I can’t express how much I appreciate their commitment and their accountability for their products. And to top it all off, they even got me a rental while they worked on it. Thank you guys. And no offense, but I don’t want to see y’all for a long time. You earned this review.

Manager is rude. Yelled questions about our personal business across the room. Then we made an offer on a vehicle $800.00 less than what the seller was asking, she proceeds to say the seller isn't going to take your offer he is in no hurry to sale. I think she should have let the seller of the vehicle decide that.First and last time to go there..

Neat consignment car dealer. Good prices and great customer service. Did not buy from here though.
