I love ice cream and Baskin-Robbins is always a delightful treat. I love the ice cream variety. The atmosphere of this restaurant was clean, organized, and kid friendly. The icecream cakes looked amazing! The young man that patiently waited on me was very courteous and polite. I would definitely stop by and drain if I was in the area!

I always come here to get me and my son kid cones. I asked them to make my sons come small bc obviously I don’t want him to have too much sugar. Every single time it’s bigger than mines. I don’t understand can you not hear me. While I’m watching you make the cone I state that it’s perfect as is and you still go back in to enlarge the scoop. Me and my son walk out and his cone is visibly larger than mines. Really frustrates me bc I know I’m not asking much, actually trying to save you money.

I love it so many flavors I stock up and it doesn't freezer burn

Ordered 2 cookies and cream shakes and paid, after waiting 15 minutes... was made to wait 30 additional minutes before being asked what did I order.... I had to literally scream at them to get my order made.. they then laid my shakes in a bag on on their sides causing them to spill... I will NEVER return to this location... The corner of Pierremont Rd and Line Ave.... Terrible service

Fantastic! They are allowed to offer tasting spoons again. That ceased during to Covid restrictions.  I tried a new ice cream flavor that was non-dairy, just because I was curious to see if I could tell any difference. I couldn't. It was sweet and creamy.

The store was immaculate. Everything clean and even the bathroom was spotless. The server. I believe assistant manager. Was extremely kind, friendly, and very helpful. Had a really great attitude and was really great to talk to. Ice cream was insanely good. Especially the seasonal flavors.

Love the service . The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is always welcoming. The cakes are beautiful and the ice cream is delicious. It's great anytime of the day. I didn't know that this location on pierremont and line existed until last year, but I am so happy that I found it!

Fast friendly service and great ice cream... there isn't much more you can ask for. We stayed too long, ate way too much but enjoyed our time visiting during the quiet and a bit slow Sunday evening.  We stayed long enough to watch how he worked with other customers and he was the same pleasant person to everyone that walked in.

WOW so impressed with the gentleman who works here customer service skills. I have never had better, they were top notch. I didn't catch his name, but he is about 20ish with a bald head. He is def a valuable asset to your store. You are very lucky to have him.

I've always enjoyed Baskin-Robbins since I was a very young girl like dates back to 1980 Something my daughter and I and my granddaughter had a wonderful time today enjoying the wonderful flavors and I'm worn friendly service
