Was quite busy when we went. The guy helping us seemed super annoyed since the huge family in front of us had to try every single flavor. When it was our turn he rushed us right up out of there. May try this location again on a "not so busy" night.

Wonderful customer service. There was an older woman that worked there. She greeted everyone, and praised my daughter for her award. All around a great n positive experience. Will be making this my only ice cream stop.

Such positivity! Highly recommend this location. The evening we came in, a woman was working, and wow she deserves a raise. She welcomed us with a smile and excellent customer service. We didn't catch her name but she reminded me of my mom. Happy, positive, and willing to help.

My boyfriend and I went in tonight to be greeted by an awfully rude employee. She sighed and rolled her eyes at us, glared every time a customer came in behind us, and treated us with a “hurry up” attitude. I work customer service, and I understand people have bad days, but that was inappropriate. Disappointing experience, especially since boyfriend worked there for years. Mara and David, please talk to your closing employees about good attitudes..

Delicious icecream and fantastic service. The lady who helped us was extremely friendly and patient with my kids as they chose their flavors.

Mango sherbet was good, but not worth the long wait. Disorganized employees. Two employees. One came out of bathroom and began washing the sink and a few dishes without acknowledging the long line of customers. We had a pre-order pizza and they didn't have a name on it and seemed confused

I haven't had ice cream in many years. It was a special treat. The young staff was patient with bright smiles and quick service. I liked all the space to sit with my family and friends.

The ice cream was good, but that is all that was good about the experience. We went in around 9:20 which is 40 minutes before closing according to posted hours. Two people working one waiting on a previous customer and the other behind the counter ignoring us. I asked nicely to sample a flavor, which got her attention. The male worker finished up his transaction with the other customer and immediately asked us what we wanted. We were very rushed to make a decision as they had already started cleaning up for the night and had the ice cream covered. We made a quick decision and without even asking what we both got he assumed we both got a double scoop, and was going to charge us accordingly. As we were walking out the door at 9:25 another couple approached the door to which the male worker replied with some not so family friendly words that could be heard as we were walking out, so I’m sure the other customers heard it too. I would have understood this type of behavior if we had shown up closer to 10. Either way it was rude and unprofessional. Next time we will go to cold stone.

Great ice cream and good service.
