It was a cold, cold snow cone on a hot, hot day. The blueberry cheesecake tasted excellent with the finest shaved ice! Just fyi, you need to speak slowly and loudly to him. He was extremely nice. I read some comments about bad customer service because he was asking them to come closer, but after visiting, it was likely because he could not hear some customers. I would go back if I'm in that city again!

This is my spot for snow cones! Really soft ice and full of flavor from beginning to end. He can be a little pushy or come off rude and was about to charge me the price of a small snow cones just for the cup! Usually that would be a deal breaker with me especially when I spend a lot of money there but they are so good I will just pay him no attention and enjoy my flavorful melon berry snow cone. My daughter is the one who has to order tho lol! My anxiety won't let me

If you give this any less than 5 stars, you don’t appreciate ART! Yeah he’s slow and methodical, yeah you only get one flavor, and yeah he’s selling a used cat teaser toy for $0.56 usd but that all adds to the charm! I’d rather wait in line an hour here than go to another stand with that chunky ice they serve NO THANKS. Tim you have my loyalty 4L

Flavor was pretty good but costumer service was not. And you can’t have more than one flavor in a cup which is absolutely ridiculous. Every snow cone I ever get I mix flavors so I was thrown when he said I couldn’t. I don’t understand why I can’t just be charged more? But anyway, the man working was in his truck when we arrived and he got out to go back in the building. We were just standing there at the window for 2-3 minutes waiting for him to come to the window and he never did. I finally walked closer and peeked in and he was standing to the right where he wasn’t visible to us just waiting on me to order but I didn’t know he was even in there cause he did not show his face in the window or speak to us at all. Don’t know what’s up with that but it was just an awkward experience.

I was there today. It was almost 100⁰ and there was a line but my peach sno-ball was well worth the wait. The ice is powdery, just like in NOLA. I'll definitely go back.

Does not greet customers. Attitude and customer service is poor. Stood at the window for a while waiting and he was there the whole time behind the ice machine out of view. I wouldn’t have know that If I didn’t stick my head in the window. He then tells me to come closer or he can’t help me. Mind you I have my head in the window. I told him I can’t come any closer but I can speak louder if that helps. He said “no I can’t help you if you don’t come closer.” I told him it’s physically impossible if you want to come to the window and look. He just ignored me at that point.

Probably the best snoball I’ve had since moving from home 5+ years ago. Tim definitely puts quality over everything else as he ensured that the presentation of my snoball was on point prior to serving it to me. That says so much. I will for sure be back next season.

Please be mindful hours are NOT correct! My kids and I were just turned away at 7pm even though Google states they close at 7:30pm. Wasted time and gas when they can simply update hours.

Best snow cones in town.  Not super fast but his syrups are delicious and his ice is so smooth.

Delicious snowballs! I wish you could get more than one flavor as I typically like mixing flavors. It does take some time for him to make the snowballs, but you can tell he cares about quality over quantity and that's something I appreciate.
