I don’t where you guys get your workers but they are trash! Took 15 minutes to order 3 meals she must of been high cause after repeating my order she has to start again cause she didn’t log it into the computer. When we get our food 15 minutes later they are missing a whole meal we ring the button get the same girl tel her we’re miss a meal it take use another 10 minutes to get her to understand that you guys forgot to give us a meal she still ends up charging us for it. So I walk up to the window with all the food they gave me they say they’ll make it&&bring it to us 10 more minutes and he comes out with our food. He tried to take payment which was weird cause he was there with the lady when I showed them my receipt where they forgot my meal he said oh sorry they didn’t tell me. Basically took us almost an hour for a double bacon cheeseburger meal, a chili dog meal&&5 piece tenders meal definitely NEVER come back here sonic food isn’t all that great any way just came here cause I thought it would be fast. Also had a strawberry shake which was strawberry milk after waiting so long it wasn’t like I was asking for too much or for free food I was just asking for the food that I paid for with my hard earned money discussed with this location! Who would want to pay $5+ for this chili dog?

Went here to get dinner for myself and my dad. While ordering you can hear laughing and playing while placing the order. I should not have to repeat more than two times to get an order correct and make sure that is correct. Still managed to get the order incorrect after several repeats still ended up with one burger correct and the other burger had Mayo still when I clearly said no Mayo on both, only one with ketchup. It’s sad that it’s just a simple condiment request, that could have been done right.

Placed an online order coming from 3132. Checked in a stall and waited 20 minutes. It was 2 drinks. Asked how much longer it would be and she said there were several orders ahead of ours. What's the point in the app? Asked for a refund. We never have good experiences at this location.

Ughh, very disappointing experience here. I used mobile ordering and got my food in a timely fashion but everything in my order was completely wrong. They didn't get one single food item correct. We didn't realize that the mistake was made until we got back to our hotel and opened up everything, so we couldn't get them to correct it.Food: 1/5

Tried to get food before work and sat there for over 5min after pressing the button to order. Nobody answered and there was 3 ppl with headsets walking in and out of the building ignoring me and my wife. Figured maybe they were just busy until a truck pulled up next to us and they immediately answered when they were ready to order. We were sitting right in front of the door they were going in and out of and just completely ignored. We took our business elsewhere and won't be quick to spend our money here again

Great food.  I love their #1 without    onions and no mayo add mustard.  Top off with a cranberry  nade drink.

WE ENJOY GOING ON WEDNESDAY'S.  KID'S HAPPY MEALS R $1.99 .  VERY AFFORDABLE MEAL 4 THE KID'S .  KID'S MEALS R ON SALE AT THE GREENWOOD LOUISIANA LOCATION RIGHT OFF I-20 @ EXIT #3 . APPT DRINKS R AWESOME

I thought chili cheese tots are supposed to have chili on them and be hot! Guess this Sonic don't care! Because not only did I not get chili on my cheese tots but my granddaughter did not get her applesauce in her wacky pack!!

It would be best to avoid this particular Sonic. Repeatedly apathetic staff and iffy food do not make for a positive experienceFood: 2/5

I love me some sonic Dr.Peppers    mozzarella sticks are to die for also don’t forget ranch!
