Scheduled an appointment to get a screen repaired, was told it would take about 45 minutes. Returned about an hour later and the repair wasn't even started, there was one person on staff and it was very busy. The person who was there, Vince was very polite, but the managers should schedule a little more efficiently.

It’s been almost two weeks without a phone. It all started with a simple screen replacement. When I received my phone back, the home button was not working. I did not notice this until I got home. When I called they said it’s probably a connection issue and that I need to come back in. However, they had enabled a on-screen home button. This tells me that they knew there was a problem and did not tell me about it. After 3 trips from the West Mifflin area to Monroeville, I still had a broken phone. During the 4th wasted trip, the home button they installed didn’t work. They finally decided to replace my phone. Before driving to what I thought was the final time (and 5th), they instructed me to do a hard reset, because they needed to turn my phone in to “recuperate some of their losses.” When I went to do this, I ended up locked out of my phone. This caused me to miss multiple important calls to my small business and my phone has YET to come in. Who is going to recuperate some of MY losses?

Great place ordered right lamp for television, friendly staff.  Next time actually put my name and number in system haha!...  Overall pleased!

I went into the store and the store manager was super nice and friendly helped. Me out with everything with my problem with the iPhone helped me out so much. Thank you Anthony .
