My girlfriend is in a wheelchair and deals with a ton on condescension on a regular basis, so we both usually brace a bit when approached by an employee who wants to "help" her, especially in typically masculine places like a hardware store. We were beyond pleasantly surprised (pleasantly shocked?) by how amazingly respectful, helpful, and all around great of a guy Bob was. I have no idea what his actual department is, but if I run into him again I want to shake his hand for giving us what turned out to be a productive and downright enjoyable trip out of an errand we'd been dreading.

It's pretty easy to find what you are looking for... Employees are helpful, but you may have to get their attention if you need them.

Great customer service. Really cared about doing all they could about finding the items I wanted!!! 5 stars to the Wilkins township Home Depot!!!

Much like most stores today, never enough staff to help you. The store is pretty decent, they have a ton of stuff.
