Absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had. I found a car I wanted in KS so they had it shipped to the office in Omaha NE. The office is well lit, comfortable and absolutely no hassles. The car was perfect. Their description was honest and the photos were great. We were in and out within 30 minutes. 
That is leaps and bounds above the experience I had buying my last car at another lot here in Omaha NE that took nearly 3 hours to process everything. I would recommend CarMax to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. .

Sold me my car. Absolutely love it and very happy. They were very nice and made sure I was comfortable they helped me out a lot. Also they weren't pushy which was nice.

Buying the car was hassle free. Getting an upgrade was a disaster. Was told it was a 3 hour process to get navigation system installed and had an appointment. Show up for early afternoon appointment and was to it wouldn’t be ready until late next day. Then told needed to order system and another day. Then told upgrade was compatible although their own system said it was and another day delay while they still had the vehicle. Next day was told they have to order the compatible system another two days delay. They have had the vehicle for a week now just to install a system that I was told took 3 hours. Not happy.

I had help with choosing and purchasing a vehicle, but the second I left with my new car, I no longer received help. I called the salesman I was working with 4 times and my father called twice to try and get assistance and questions answered. I left messages as well as my father, and I received no phone call back. He was not helpful. We eventually go in touch with the business office and they were helpful. The salesmen was very attentive until he had my money, and then he could care less about me. If the salesman had continued to be helpful I would have given this expierence a 4/5 stars.

My Dad had another recall on his 2011 grand Cherokee. Customer service was good however my parents are in their 80's n no matter how old you are the customers are seated on the show room where cars are started drove in n out n people are inhaling fumes n 2 large doors are opening constantly (winter time) so coats are kept on. Come on offer your customers a better seated area n a safer place!!!!!!! FUME FREE AREA
