I think people can write 1-star reviews all day because of a bad experience. This is no different but it is not due to a rude staff member or a long wait time. A severe medical problem was not addressed. Rather than a room for privacy we were tended to in the hallway near the emergency room ambulance entrance. High bills are expected but at least make them reasonable for the service provided. We went to a second hospital a day later and thankfully the situation was caught in time to still have an effective remedy. Bad service is one thing but forgoing a simple,requested test to clear the room which could have resulted in loss of life is unacceptable. The drive to better hospitals might not always be an afforded luxury but if this place can be avoided, avoid it.

OSHA...needs to do a surprise inspection On their ER. I work in the medical field and walking to the room where my relative was I saw a lot of OSHA and HIPPA violations. I would not step foot in this hospital ever again. The staff is even worst there were a hand full of delightful staff members that day. I am shocked Baylor would put their name on a place like this...I Sure hope this will not effect the good reputation Baylor has. I also noticed the reviews posted on the website were all negative feedback. The responses from "owner" or a representative all said the same exact thing. They must copy and paste and just attach. Its scary that a Hospital Only has a 2.6 star rating.

They should just go ahead and rename this medical center Baylor,Scott,White and "Kindness" Medical Center....from the Dr's to the cafeteria personnel to the front desk greeter to the triage nurses to the cleaner that help keep your room and the space around you clean. Thank you for your kindness twds me and my sister and being an example of family as I watched all of you work together even from different departments, the theme was the same, "how can I help you".....keep up the good work and keep loving what you do because we need you!

Nurse staff was very attentive to my needs! Many times showing up before I could even press the call button, just to check on me. When they came into the room, they would take care of the primary reason they were there, and then make sure to ask if there was anything else I needed. What a great difference from other hospitals where nurses pop in to turn off the call button and then vanish like a puff of smoke. Physical therapists were smiles and positive attitudes. I had a remarkable stay for knee replacement. Food had taste and many choices were available.

My doctor is dr.Taladin or whatever and she's a female and I seriously want to switch to a different hospital so bad. The nurses are rude, we wait up to 2 hours to get a stupid check up, she gives me anxiety because literally every time we go in there she's rude and tells me things to scare me and she never tells me anything good and she's super slow and acts like everything has to be bad news, last time me and my boyfriend went she tried to make me bring my grandma in there bc we're apparently too young and stupid and dont care enough to listen to her information. She makes me super uncomfortable to where I dont even want her delivering my baby she hasnt been nice once since ive had her as my doctor.
