$500 dollars for pysician, $300 for hospital.  Was there for 10 minutes at most, was perscribed antibiotics for a bite and  that was it. Had taken care of the wounds already. They took my weight and wrote me a quick perscription. I get that it is an ER but come one now.  Why can't I choose zero stars..??

The nurse here named Nancy is so rude! Very unprofessional! Diana and the doctor where very nice and caring!

Doctor was rude and disrespectful! He didn't know how to treat me because I had surgery... he called my surgent then lied to us about what he had said. Doctor also lied to us over the phone saying he would treat my strep throats even know I just had serious mouth surgery. When I got there he was slow and wasted my time. He was pushy and cussed at me. And called all other doctors "not practicing medicine right". I have been to many er clinics and never have I seen a doctor so rude in my life. If I had money I would sue him. Never returning. The nurses were also rude and acted put out of there way.

I wish I can give them 100 starts I'm very pleased with their attention, last time my 2 years old daughter now had a nurse maid elbow and the doctor helper very fast and we were out in less then 20 minutes. Beside that they are very courteous, kind and helpful. I been taking my toddler her for every health emergency since one time we when to the one on horizon (presby) and the lady at the front desk never call my daughter and was making some exceptions that made us waist 4hours in the ER we decided to leave there and go to this emergency room their great!
