I stay in hotels nightly for work. I called 4 hours in advance and asked if they had any corporate lodging rooms available. She said yes. Then when I arrived they wanted my personal credit card for incidentals. Came up to the room and it was a shambles. Then was told by the front desk. How do I know you didn't do that? Baymont was (WAS) a choice of mine for a decent stay! This place obviously has no qualms about calling their customers liars!!! The only reason you all got one star is because there isn't a choice for lesser!!! Here is to your reply (Which I told you I didn't want to hear). I do not get asked at other Baymonts for a credit card. I stay at others enough and am a rewards member! If you expect $250 from someone who has never had a problem before, there is obviously a problem. With the pictures that were shown, it is apparently not the guesses problem. That room was disgusting at best! Where is my $250 for horrible accommodations and hospitality? You had your chance to have my business along with others business that I work with. You lost that. Already in the process of getting you taken out of our preferred stops!

I stayed at this location for a week at the end of February. My card was more than double charged for the stay. It is now the end of March and I still can’t get this resolved. I have spoke with this location as well as the corporate office. I have waisted countless hours of my life dealing with this. First they wanted a confirmation code, now they want physical proof. The manager, Janet, refuses to even talked my calls. All of this to stay at a sub-par location. Oh and I forgot to mention they charged me an extra $25 just to check in 1 hour early. I have stayed at numerous hotels and never have I had such a horrible customer service experience. Now I know why they had a help wanted sign on the door. DON’T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

I gave this hotel one star before I believe it was due to their lack of heat and unwillingness to do anything about it. I would not have picked this hotel but due to busy weekend I didn’t have many options. Booked hotel for 2 nights arrived on Friday. I went to get a bite to eat about 3 am and noticed something on my neck which I didn’t think anything of just thought it felt weird. When my son woke up Saturday morning he had bumps everywhere including his face and hands. I went to the front desk and was told it must be from ants( I’ve never heard of biting ants or ants in the wintertime😐😒) the young lady told me “I can have someone come spray something would you still like to switch rooms” 😒 of course I would! We left for the day and were told our room would be ready when we got back. We were put in a room down the hall from initial room not too close. We were in that room all of about 20 minutes before my son had more bites one on his eye and hand. At this point I decided to just get a refund and leave I was told manager would be in next day to call then. Fair enough. Next morning(Sunday) I notice a charge to my card that I provided for “incidentals” called hotel apparently the “billing department” was not available. I had to call Priceline since that’s who I booked through to process refund. Manager agreed to only refund the second day which is fine I’m not thirsty for money that’s not the point but if they are so concerned and “sorry for the inconvenience” like they respond to every review they could have gave a full refund if not more. After Priceline called them I called back to speak with “billing department “ who acted as if I was bothering him. He tried to tell me it was a hold which was a lie because I had already been charged $25 and this was a random number. After having to hold for at least 10 minutes while other people from the “billing department” looked into my account I was finally told “oh it was an accidental charge” no apology or anything. And I don’t need one now so please save it it’s clear from all these reviews that you guys don’t care so I will take my concerns to corporate. Also I am posting pictures of “ant bites” below

This was my first stay in a Baymont and won't be my last. The room was nicely appointed and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good for self service, the attendant was very helpful. Telephone reservation system is odd. Just make the reservation and don't join anything.

Last weekend I booked two rooms through Priceline for 2 days I checked into both for me and my family. I was very disappointed with the customer service and disrespect from the hotel manager that denied being the manager. I was put into a room with a dirty jet tub and the room itself was run down. I asked for another room and it was exactly the same so I decided to request a refund. The hotel refused a refund and did not allow me to stay in rooms I payed for. This was the worst hotel experience I EVER experienced in life. If you are of color and or looking for customer service that cares this is not the hotel for you. There are plenty of others to choose from in the area
