I selected Candlewood Suites because it is a pet friendly hotel, and the location was central to where I needed to be. My room was clean and the staff was helpful. I had an extended stay, and many items were included for convenience. I have no complaints.

Stayed here with family for a wedding. We stayed in several rooms. My room was fine. One of the other rooms was tacky, it felt like the walls had just been painted. It also smelled like mildew. A different room had a broken stove and ice maker. Overall, everything was clean and well stocked.

Booked for one night. When we arrived, no one was at the desk. When we finally got checked in, the first room smelled strongly of weed. We couldn't stand in the room for more than thirty seconds without getting nauseous. The second room had a nonfunctioning air conditioner, with the temperature bottoming out at eighty-three. The third room was fine, but took almost three hours from check-in to get a decent room. The late checkout, which is advertised prominently on the website, is a joke. Every other IHG hotel we've stayed at had at least one hour late checkout, especially for reward members, but staff wouldn't budge on thirty minutes. It makes no sense to advertise something that's not even good. Stay somewhere else.

Be careful they may not have your rooms! Also no rollaway beds. But the rooms are pretty nice and the place seems very clean.

Literally the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in in a hotel. Great amenities, great cleanliness, friendly staff. The water was hot enough for a shower, but just barely, that was the only slightly off thing. What a great stay!
