The staff were nice. Breakfast great and well stocked. Bed was comfortable, linens clean. Hotel room smelled like stale cigarettes, staff said at checkout that it was a known issue for the room. I should ha e requested another room, but I was too tired after my drive to care. AC unit worked perfectly. Mini fridge was not obnoxiously loud. Overall, a good stay. Just wish the room didn't stink.

Very good hotel for the price. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The bathroom is small and the tub needs redone but overall this was a good place to stay

We've stayed here several times, nothing fancy but always nice with pleasant staff and a convenient location. Rooms are very quiet. Great price.

The location is convenient for Castleton's malls, less so for downtown. Staff is helpful amd courteous, rooms are clean with housekeeping doing a great job. The rooms each have an empty mini fridge, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Continental breakfast is offered with a small selection but okay quality. I did not select these accommodations but I'm satisfied.

Great customer service. Comfortable clean rooms with large beds. Nice size tv. Only thing I like to see improved is the towels someone that's 6'0 or over may have alittle hard time managing. Other than that beautiful hotel.
