We chose to stay at the Hyatt Place for our trip to Indianapolis and one of the first things I noticed was how friendly the staff was. Everyone from the front desk to room keeping was wishing us a good day and asking if we had everything we needed. To top it off, their breakfast was very good and their rooms are both clean and comfortable. It is also located in a good neighborhood with great shops and restaurants. We will definitely choose this place for our next visit to Indianapolis.

The hotel both looks and smells clean! The front desk staff have been hospitable and have offered great eatery suggestions. The bar is not bad. They stock and serve the typical. However, they have a nice late night menu for eye you're feeling peckish. The gym is only so-so, but that's not a huge deal breaker. The complimentary breakfast has been great everyday so far! It's your typical yogurt and fruit bowl or eggs with protein, but they do mix it up enough! Overall, a nice establishment and would recommend.

Very clean nice rooms with a lot of room. Very small breakfast but it was tasty and delicious. 24-hour bar / snacks area. Friendly helpful staff located close to many great restaurants.

The best thing about the Hyatt Place is that the beds are comfortable. The closet is small and half of it is behind the wall and hard to access. There are only 2 drawers for storage at the bath sink and no dresser. There's a dorm size fridge but no microwave. If you're staying for a single night or good at living out of your suitcase, it's a decent place to stay. I had a hard time keeping organized and had things on top of every surface.

Really nice place! Very convenient location too. Friendly staff, room has everything you need, breakfast was even included. One or two things worth noting: First, the highway traffic noise is very noticeable. So much so I double checked to make sure the window wasn't open. Second thing, the heater/AC is an old fashioned under the window style unit with a fan that never shuts off. It has a temp setting, so the heat/AC turns on and off, but the fan stays on. I guess to drown out the trucks on the highway. Nitpicking really though, I enjoyed my stay.
