It was alright. Water temp sucks. Room is nice and cozy but should have a fridge and microwave for the price paid. Elevators being locked is so dumb. Attached mall is awesome. Free parking. Great restaurant but breakfast should be free for the price you pay. Great pool. Great view. Great location. May repeat but will go to other first that offer more.

Great hotel that is pretty new as it's less than 10 years old. It has a parking garage with a sky bridge attached to it. It has an indoor pool that receives sunlight and you have a outdoor deck if you wanna go out. The hotel is connected to the Keystone Fashion Mall through a sky bridge as well. The rooms are very clean and depending on what side of the building and what floor you are, you will get a great view.

This is my second time staying at the Sheraton in Keystone. Each time I go the service has been amazing and the location is perfect for dining and a good date night out. I will admit the shower in the room the first time I stayed was way better than this time. This time I had a standard tub last time I had a great glass shower. I had the same room and actually paid more this time so that was a little upsetting. Other than that the room was great and well kept. Looking forward to staying again.

Great hotel, great price... Super convenient location for going to the Klipsch Music Center.  Ordered dinner in the bar, and were super surprised to have such a delicious meal.  Clean room, comfortable stay!

We stay here every year on our way to visit family. The rooms are quiet and clean. Good parking and lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.
