The Baymont Inn was a very comfortable hotel that we booked the last minute. Our room had a king size bed with all amenities. The only problem encountered was the elevator which wasn't working when we checked in.

For a Baymont Inn claiming to be new, I was not impressed.  We just came to Little Rock to stay overnight while visiting family. Figured since this place claimed to be new, it would be be great.

I will say the rooms where clean, the beds slept well and the A/C system was very comfortable.  But, all in all, it is still a 2 star stay in this location.

Reserved a double Queen family suite.  Expected it to be large; measured 16 sq.ft. larger than a standard double Queen and I believe that is only because we got the room that was handicap accessible with hooks in the ceilings for hoisting.

Secondly,  the hot water took forever to get to the bathroom; then, there was hardly any pressure.

Thirdly, the sink had granite 3cm top and an open face with exposed plumbing? Very tacky for even a Baymont in my opinion to see exposed PVC plumbing when you are sitting on the bed.

Finally, the shower finishes were horrible. There was a 2 inch hole behind the shower head and the plumber did not even take the time to silicon the finish ring to the time. In less than a year, there will be MOLD in the shower wall.  

Finally, even after booking through Wyndham Rewards and checking with the lady at the desk about getting credit for the stay on the account, 48 hours has passed and still not update on the rewards.  I feel so let down by this experience.

I stayed in room #217. I'm not here to bust this place, but when you spend over $100/night, you must have some expectations.

I have stayed at the Wyndham on the River and it is nicer and cheaper.  Will book there from now on.

Remodeled within last 2 years. Spacious, clean rooms and good shower pressure! Breakfast is ok as well.
