First of all, the property was in a location that left our safety to question. Very dark parking lot and people wandering around outside. When you show up at 2am, you want to feel safe. Second, when I walked in to check in, the person at the desk was sound asleep with earphones on so it took them a minute to even know I was there. And finally, when we got into our room, the first thing we noticed was stains on the comforter on one of the beds. Then, when we pulled back the sheets, there were stains on them as well. To make a long story short, we loaded the kids back into the car and found another place to stay. Of course there was a no refund policy, but that's my fault for not paying more attention.

Had a very nice stay, rooms are clean. Shower pressure was good. Overall no complaints. Good place to stay for the money.

Doesn't even deserve one star but I had to do so to rate it. AC in room didn't work. Didn't even get there until around 4 am and ended up checking out around 6 am because it was that hot in there that I couldn't even sleep. Lady at the front desk told me to call around 7:30 am when the manager got there to request a refund or at least some money back. Called and spoke with a man who claimed to be the manager but the lady told me it was definitely a woman and only one manager so not the man claiming to be the manager and he was extremely rude. Told me he checked the room personally (wonder if he checks all the rooms in the whole 4 story hotel or just mine when I mentioned something was wrong bc what the luck he checked mine personally before I came) and that everything worked. It doesn't take an idiot to put your hand in front of the AC unit and realize there is no air coming out, cool or hot. He says he can't refund my money or at least a part of it because I "stayed the whole night" when in reality I stayed for 2 hours. The red roof inn on the other side of town is SO much better and has much better customer service. All 3 staff members I encountered at this hotel were horrid. When checking in the staff member was outside smoking a cigarette talking like trash with a man on the bench. The things that were said were awkward and uncomfortable. He then proceeded to walk in behind me to check me in and stated "just trying to catch a smoke break but people keep coming in to check in and it's annoying it keeps getting interrupted" like oh okay. Then the lady at 6 am wasn't too kind and didn't seem to give a flying hell if the AC didn't work and it was obvious that we had been sweating because you could physically see it and she tried to get me to stay another night even tho I was literally checking out at 6 am with nothing to do at that time of the day until around 11 am and tired because it was that hot. Then the "manager" who was incredibly rude. I am a red roof member and have stayed at their hotels multiple times and have never had a bad experience until this hotel. Customer service is important but it doesn't seem like they care. I should've listened to the reviews and stayed elsewhere because I wasted $65 for 2 hours of sitting in an extremely hot room being uncomfortable when I could've stayed elsewhere. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Go to the other red roofs in LR rather than here. Also the sheets were nasty on one bed but obviously cleanliness and customer service are things this hotel doesn't realize is a part of the game.

100% non smoking property. My stay is perfect. No any problem & all employee is very helpful.

They are nasty!!!!! The sheets was dirty pillow case was nasty they had hair on them!!!!! The tub had hair in it!!!!!! The love seat has candy stains on the side of it!!!!! When I called down to the front desk and told him about the problem he came up and looked at the sheets and pillow case and said what seem to be the problem... I told him this is dirty the sheets and other covers... yes he changed them out... then I had family to come to the room to visit right... he called me in my room to tell me i CAN'T have no more than FIVE visitor in my room.... I went down stairs and asked for my money back... because i don't have five people in my room... and I also told him he should have made that known from the door!!!!! Because I WOULDN'T have stayed !!!!! We had words of course and he said I'm going to watch the camera I said okay ... and he was wrong of course... don't stay they are NASTY and RUDE!!!!!
