I always want to give places 5 stars, but this is a 4 star. (I stayed 4 nights) It's a pretty regular hotel with nice staff who take care of you. The hotel must be a bit old. The breakfast really sucks, as does the fitness center. The towels are soft and everything was 9/10 on cleanliness. They have decently sized fridges. The toiletries smell like they should be used in a nursing home. The TV was nice & the channel selection was great. Yes, they have HBO. I'd stay here again if the breakfast improves and they get some free-weights for the fitness center.

LET ME MAKE THIS EASY, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. We were in the process of moving from Illinois to Texas and stopped halfway, have always had good experiences at best western hotels and found this one and thought it would be a good option for our family. Stepped into our room and was immediately disappointed in the dirty appearance. It looked like someone had been in the room during the day eating snacks on the bed as each bed was covered in crumbs, the floor was unswept, there was an obvious water leak around the window with mold on the paint. The absolute worst part was when we went to lay down in the bed and I almost put my hand in a huge pile of chewing tobacco that looked like it had been spilled all over the top of the sheet. Do the cleaning people even look at the sheets, they are obviously not being changed. Talk about the most disgusting thing I have EVER encountered in a hotel stay. Never again best western, NEVER AGAIN. We were moved to another room that had broken furniture and empty toiletries, not worth what you charge, not even close.

Don't get sick with a temperature of 102 or have an emergency with these rigid, unfeeling, not helpful proprietors. They will not work with you or with corporate Best Western. I called to cancel but rather than cancel they confirmed the reservation and said we had to pay as it was less than 24 hours notice - but not by much less than 24 hour notice. Corporate was understanding and willing to work with us. But not JFK Inn and Suites was not. I am not impressed with JFK Inn and Suites. And by all means if you plan on staying here, make sure you and your whole family are in prime health.

Hotel is very clean. Staff works hard to maintain. Breakfast was good. Bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Dirty, dirty, dirty!!! Stepped into elevator and noticed dirty, dusty carpet, same in hallways. Rooms needed to to be cleaned too. I had to open windows for fresh air to flow in a room. Very disappointed. Before come to this hotel I did read comments in which people said it was clean... Next time I guess I'll stay at Hilton like the other times
