I stayed in a single smoking room, the night clerk was very friendly and fast. The room smelled good and was elegantly furnished and very clean. Any useful info that you might need was furnished in the room. The bed was very comfortable with quality bedding. I had a very restful night, peaceful and quiet. The following morning the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. If it had one negative, the area around the hotel was a bit sketchy but I felt safe in the room.

Pet friendly. The room was very nice and very clean, besides the shower curtain needing to be changed out. They only gave us 3 towels even though they knew we had 4 guests staying in our room, so we needed to go ask. It wasn't busy there, which was nice. Very small continental breakfast with cereal, pastries, and fruit. My husband was disappointed of how small the breakfast was. But it was close to everything, we got a floor room and our parking spot was right in front of it. The cable was good with many channels and a TV guide, although we couldn't order any movies to watch.

Had a last minute check in late at night. Customer service was so so for late night. The room was fairly nice for the cheap price. Pretty clean and modern. Has everything you need without all the fancy stuff. No pool, free breakfast. No drama nice cheap place to stay for the night

Room had cockroaches, several dead, one alive crawling around the room. Burned spots on the comforter in a NON smoking room and several stains on the sheets. Shower was dirty, as well. Credit card got charged twice for the stay, which we didn't stay and the second charge has yet to fall off!!!

Upon checking in, the room we received reeked of smoke and the receptionist said it was for non-smokers.. well, the astray sort of gave it away. So basically, we had to complain. The upstairs reassigned room was much better, except with the exception of very slow internet and lack of conditioner. Really, just shampoo... The "continental breakfast" was very UNDERWHELMING. I took a glass of orange juice and left immediately. I think this Econolodge needs much improvement. Looking at the other reviews, I question whether the quality went down...
