Great staff, very polite and willingness to meet guests needs as needed. Clean furnished rooms, quite, and family oriented. I give it a 4/5 only because my stay just so happened to be during their time of renovations so the free breakfast is limited to items such as cereal, yogurt, and breakfast cakes. No fault of the company's, they are just trying to improve and they are still managing to serve a free breakfast nonetheless. Keep up the great work. I will defenitly refer your services to family, friends, and social media. You deserve it!!! Thanks for staying kind and keep smiling.

The owners and workers we're all very friendly. The room was nice(and we got a smoking room which is rare&perfect) And the price was reasonable. They have a breakfast in the morning which is also nice. Will deff stay again if in the area

Good clean indoor pool, water too cool to have been heated. Average breakfast of biscuits and gravy, waffles and cereals with two kinds of juices offered. Room was clean although the pillows were small, square and flat. Edges of trim in the room was rough and had areas of unkept in the room. The door was loose even after using both locks- I had my own door bar and used it for increased safety. The next morning before checkout time while me and my daughter were dressing a male housekeeper unlocked our door and tried to enter our room without knocking first. Thank goodness for my door bar as it prevented the door from bulging.

My first stay will be my last. I had to change rooms due to cold shower water, and the bed sheets look like they were not washed, filled with stains. I changed rooms which ended up being worse. The room I sleep in was horrible; dust EVERYWHERE, I seen a roach, once again the bed sheets were dirty and it smelled like a dog. I wish I could insert the pictures I took. I don’t even eat the breakfast because nasty the room was. My advice to the hotel ATLEAST CLEAN THE ROOM WHEN SOMEONE BOOKS IT IF YOURE NOT GOING TO CLEAN REGULARLY —— AND I MEAN ACTUALLY CLEAN LIKE DUST THE ROOM, Clean the curtains,microwave and the refrigerator, mop the wooden floors, WASH the complete bed set and frebreeze once done. PLEASE clean the rooms.

The only thing good about this hotel is the front desk girl. We had to listen to the girl next door yelling at her kid all night and every conversation she had on the phone all hours of the night! The TV service went in and out, the "heated" pool is freezing, I couldn't even bear to get in it was so cold! This place is the worst I've stayed in, could've spent an extra $20 and stayed at the courtyard Marriott, which is right behind this one, won't be back EVER!!!
