We were speaking with the owner when we checked out and explained that we had a recent had experience with airbnb and that's why we stayed the night. We explained we were looking to stay for an extended period of time. He offered us to stay another 3 nights for $125 cash only. We accepted his offer. Everything was great until the next day when the owner told us that we were moochers and if he knew we had money for food he would have never worked out a deal with us. He harassed us daily until we left and spoke loudly to his wife about whar scumbags we were. We did not cause any trouble at the hotel and followed all the establishes rules. Obviously, because of this cash only deal we made with him I wouldn't have been able to get my money back as there was no paper trail. I'm sure that he just put the room of market so he would not have to pay choice their fees and pocketed the $125. Furthermore, the owner explained to us that he had only made a deal with us because we were white and he would have never done so with black people. He was open and unabashed about his racism against "thugs." Our stay started out great, but it took a very dark turn.

I have always stayed at this motel when I go to Little Rock and never had an issue until yesterday (10/21/17). It was 11 a.m I went by to get a single bed room with the jacuzzi tub. Online it said it was $75 plus tax for the room but I didn’t get a chance to book before I left but what the man told me is what shook me. He told me that the room always goes for $100 but since it was so early I would have to pay an extra $15 to book the room. When I said something about the online amount, he replied that’s only after 2 p.m....needless to say I left drove down the road just a few feet to the quality inn and got a very nice room for much less. I know where I will stay from now on.

you think The owner Raji whose name sake would lend one to believe he comes from part of the world where cows are sacred and worshipped would have more compassion for a animal with a actual cebral cortex that can make decisions on there own.. this place says it's pet friendly and charge you a pet fee but your pet is NOT ALLOWED IN THE ROOM... Are dog is impeccably trained and house broken and actually has health insurance which we pay for unlike he does for his own employees.. This place is very sketchy at best SO BE VERY AWARE!!! This place doesn't even deserve the one star I had to give just to post this...

very bad customer service from guy that say he is the owner. The young lady that worked at night was very nice and helpful. The owner hung up in my face because I asked him question, he is very racist and did call me out of my name several times. I never had a problem staying at this hotel until now. Very upset with how he treated me and my family and I will never return.

Horrible place to stay, the owner is racist he hates black people told me himself, he only likes it when white people stay, do not stay here! Rooms are nasty and smell, and he always thinks people are always up to no good. He's a sorry pig!
