Convenient location but the manager was extremely rude! The other employees were friendly and helpful but the manager (Older Lady) was terrible to deal with. Would not recommend storing items at Bearden Self Storage until they are under new management!

Moved from Maine to Tennessee, so we relied on internet reviews of the business. The reservation and information from sparefoot was good and gave the appearance of an organized business. We arrived and it was not that. The guy there had the personality of an angry rock. He complained that "they" , I guess his boss, didn't tell people that it is cash or check only. His care less attitude made me not want to spend money at this business. So I called and found a unit at security central storage a quarter mile away. Courteous people and they take credit cards.

A few things to know: they only take checks, they aren't open at all on Sunday, Saturday they close at 2pm. The location is convenient for me.
