I thought I was choosing the best storage in the area because of the reviews, but they are under new management and I do NOT recommend them. 
The first time I went back to my unit to get a few things, all of my belongings were covered in dirt, dust, and pieces of the ceiling. Then my rate suddenly increased and when I called they said that's what they do periodically and it will continue to increase. I asked why they never notified me and Renea said they sent letters in the mail and apologized I didn't get my letter. She was very condescending and I was very disappointed in her lack of customer service especially since she is the property manager.

I wouldn't recommend. I had a 5x10 the light didn't work.told the office staff .they set a light bulb in the unit for me to put it.It didn't work....after 3 weeks they finally fixed the light. Recently I asked about a bigger unit got quoted 2 different prices then went to get the bigger unit and move my stuff over and got charged more than either of the quotes given. When i tried to pay over the phone was unsuccessful because i didn't have an account# it wouldn't let ne make a username and password to pay online.after 2 hours of trying to pay it by phone and online I had someone else call and try online they gave up after 2 hrs also. So had no way to pay it . so now I get to go down there and see what happened to my storage unit or if i even still have it and probably will be locked out if it due to them not filling out paperwork correctly. Grrr

Wonderful place to go through! Kim was a huge help to me today, making sure I found the right size storage to hold my stuff for me and was incredibly polite. Definitely will go back if needed!

Unit was requested via email and paid for by a friend because I was out of state at the time.  Management was very courteous and helpful, and all necessary paperwork was transmitted by email.  Aside from one small glitch on our arrival which was corrected by the manager, all went smoothly, and I am extremely satisfied with the storage area, security, and service.   I would definitely recommend this facility to my friends.
