I have been renting storage unit's for 41 yrs. This one for 8 yrs. Metro just purchased the facility approx. 3 month's ago. They have been the worst experience of my life. They operate illegal collection tactics. They lie, their rude and cause undue stress that just isn't necessary. If you rent from them, an attorney will be necessary. And you will still prob. loose you possessions, you will just get you day in court after they have sold your family heirlooms. This the worst nightmare I've ever experienced. The Mafia would be nicer. Choose wisely.

Easy access safe location

I like this location better than the Kingston Pike location. My storage unit here has finished walls and has a light installed in the inside, which is great when I'm there after dark. The other location had neither of the two features.
