Security? I pay good money for security but the gate is wide open all day long. I've drove by multiple times in the middle of the night and it's been open. I pay for a unit with electricity (due to running a dehumidifier to keep my items from having mildew) and after a month without power I was told it didn't matter because my contract doesn't state that I have to have it in my unit! Funny I rented units with power and in a secure facility and I get that when it's convenient for them.

Diana, was so nice and answered every question we had & we definitely ask a lot of questions. Thank you for all your help are we’re so happy with the service & excited with the space we got!!!

Never rent here it's not just because the place is shoddy but also because the woman who is in charge is clearly a hard drug user and the insurance they try to force you to get will not pay out a claim just got off the phone with them and there reason for denying mine was simply because we are not going to pay and whenever I tried to find out why the woman would literally talk over me until I stoped talking in an effort to get me off of the phone when I called back I was informed that I was harassing them and would be reported to a federal agency if I did not stop trying to get the information as to why my claim had been denied
