Well I see all these wonderful comments on cube smart there really not that great I looked them up and thought they would be the best because there security and all these wonderful reviews. well they ripped me off they over charged me not to mention ruined my stuff there was water residue,ripped stuff, broken stuff that wasn't that way when I left it and it was on an inside unit so how did this happen they went through my stuff oh and they also put an auction tag on my unit and cut my lock off. When they weren't supposed to it wasn't time for auction or for mine to be even put in that position but they went and did there own thing like it was there stuff so if I was you it may be reasonable pricing but they will over charge and go through your stuff or rip your stuff like beds or important stuff you love or just let it get ruined and not care so if I was an honest person witch I am. I would not recommend this place take your business elsewhere so your stuff is safe.

I chose this business for storage because of the positive comments and ratings in previous reviews, and close proximity to U. T. campus. As I live out of state, Dave, Manager, contacted me prior to my driving there and provided information that I needed which minimized my time spent completing the paperwork, etc. when I arrived. When I arrived, it was raining. Corey, Senior Manager, came to the door and held it open for me allowing me to dash in without having to struggle with my umbrella. Both of these gentlemen were very kind, personable and professional. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the office, storage unit and grounds. I plan to use this facility for future storage.
