This place is great. Clean area, temperature controlled units. When I went home for the summer (student at UT) I left my stuff here, came back and everything was fine. I called them in August because I was only using it for half a month and they knocked my rate down too. Very friendly staff and they are willing to help you! Definitely will be here again

Very pleased by the customer service and the overall layout of the facility. Our unit was able to hold our belongings with space to spare. Great location for our family's transition to the area and helped with a great price for what they offer as far as security and insurance coverage. I will definitely recommend this facility to others going forward.

I have stored with Extra Space Storage in both TN and VA.  The staff at all the locations I’ve used have been very courteous and go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service.

Candy was so helpful and kind. She helped me to find the exact size I needed and answered all of my questions. She went out of her way to make my experience excellent. The facility is spotless, and the climate controlled temperature made my actual move much more comfortable. Five Star Service. Thank you, Candy!!
