WORST taxi service that I have ever experienced. The dispatcher was rude af. The driver that arrived said that he couldn't take us to where we need to go because of an appointment he had. That is NO good customer service. Honestly, just get a taxi service OUTSIDE of Brampton because the ones over here are complete garbage! ALL OF THEM IN BRAMPTON!

The worst!! Belligerent beyond belief. I asked if could pay by debit and he made it into an ordeal... all I wanted was to pay and give him a tip.! Get uber is all I can say, at least if someone is that rude you have his name. Worst person ever driving!!

In all honesty, it was the BEST taxi ride experience I've ever had. The driver came in less then 10 minutes, and was very welcoming. The driver talked with me, and we talked about the weather and even the raptors. He offered to give me one of his newspapers to know whats happening today. Very sweet man and asked me if i was in a hurry to get to the Go station so he could take the hwy to get me there faster. At the end he was very accommodating about me using credit card. Ive had taxis in the past get upset for doing that. I don't usually use taxis but I'd definitely call this company again when I need one!

Very bad service,I called a taxi during January (during winter months ) I ask the driver to wait 2 mints until I put jackets to my kids ,after 2 mints I went to get the taxi and the driver was leaving ,I asked him why ,he was screaming at me saying I can't wait this long ......you only going for short distance and I don't want to wait this long for you ....& he left He was very rude ........ Very bad experience I would never ever call this cab service again

I am very disappointed with my service yesterday. I had called a cab around 11pm last night. So when the cab came I got in and we took off. At first it seemed fine, I had told him clearly which route I preferred to take. He kept missing the streets that I had told him to take. He basically ignored the directions I had told him to take. I let him know I did not appreciate at the fact that he did that and decided to take the long route to reach my house just to build up his fare. Second thing that disappointed me was the fact when I told him I will be paying by card he started to complain about the payment and tried to convince me to pay by cash. He said if I didn't have cash he would take me to the ATM(I know they like to do that so the meter/fare keeps going up). After a minute or so of discussing it I finally gave in and said ok I will pay by cash as I just wanted to get home without any pit stops. As we reached the destination I told the driver to hold on a second and will be right back with the cash from inside the house. I go in and grab the cash and come back out in about 30 seconds with a large note($50 bill) and I hand it to him. He asks me if I have a smaller bill and I told him unfortunately I don't and this is all I have. He starts to complain about the larger bill and says he doesn't have change for a 50. I thought to myself how do you come to work unprepared knowing you will be picking up fares that will be paying with cash snap and large bills and will be wanting change. After a little time he finally gave me my change and went on his way. Overall I was not satisfied with the service, with one inconvenience after another. I usually do give a decent tip to my driver on top of my fare but this time around I felt this was very poor service and I wouldn't do so as I was not satisfied at all. Honestly I believe with good customer service you get rewarded and this was not one of those..
