Reviews
Use their services when going to airport. For early morning trips, I call them the night before and they have been on time to pick me up at every single time. Drivers are friendly and polite. One of the Dispatchers there can use some pointers on customer service.

Safety concern, I almost hit a cab today due to his careless driving! He was weaving in and out of traffic without using his signals. He proceeded to cut me off, then brake quickly because of the car in front of him. I am not sure if he had a passenger but he/she could have been injured. I called dispatch to make a complaint but the person who answered the phone was rude and would not give me his name. I hope the driver has been spoken to and is accountable for his actions for the sake of the safety of our community.

They told us it'll take 10 min for the driver to arrive and 50 min later nobody showed up. The worst taxi I've ever had to deal with. No wonder uber is taking over. I will never call this place again.

Would just like to thank this company for coming through in a pinch. Not only did they offer me a great out of town flat rate, they arranged my transport back, also at a flat rate. The drivers were early, cheerful and helped me load the car. The cause for the trip was stressful enough, to not have to worry about the logistics was wonderful. Was a great experience and will use them for in town trips as well.
