Call takers are ok to good except one person who says like HAYLLO with super thick accent and can’t speak more than one and a half sentence. 
Drivers/cabs smell curry, but I would still say it’s way better than other cab companies in Brampton. They’re worse, way worse.

Shitttyy service... I called them at 6.53 am and no one ever showed up . called them thrice from my number but no one answered . Called from different number surprisingly told me sorry i am going to send another guy at 7.30 .. When i asked him about the time i waited man just hung up on me . i wish i can give them minus rating.. idiots

I called for A1 taxi on 20 Dec 2017 at 6.18 pm at  cobourg at highway 401 near after exit 461 as my vehicle broke down on highway . They said they will charge 35 dollar just to reach me than they will charge meter charges , I eventually agreed to that as I was freezing  in winter on highway as my vehicle was not turning on. After like 15 min I called back that no taxi show up, I m waiting .they said it’s on way . Again like after 10 min , I called again. They said driver didn’t saw me n saying I have already gone , u r not on highway . I told I m still there ,my vehicle flasher are on n it’s big truck, parked on side of road , he can’t miss me. Again they said ok taxi coming . Again after 15min I called back , again same thing driver can’t see u ., and now they cannot come . N it’s was 730pm when they refused . Means after more than 1hr . For that 1 hr I was freezing in cold waiting for taxi .when I said why driver or u (call centre lady) call me when Driver reach  here , why driver just go back without calling to know if I m there or not , if he can’t find me. Driver talked rudely n said he don’t have phone..we r not coming know  .bye bye....., n in whole long 1 hr call centre didn’t called once to confirm whether I am there and neither they called me to tell that taxi driver not able to  find me and it’s gone back. Both time I have to call to know what’s status and then they told , its gone back.means if I keeping trusting them n I will b kept waiting even for more one hr , they don’t bother to inform that they can’t provide service , that was such a bad experience .

Never again, called at 515pm and by 545pm I called another cab they showed up less then 10mins. Then they had the nerve to call 615pm at if I was still looking for a cab. I'll be calling in the morning and going to the head of the board to complain

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. The female night shift supervisor screamed on the phone with me & hung up in my ear 3 times. I don’t understand why this company is still running.
