If you want something done that's complex, you should go somewhere else.  Don't expect too much if your task requires rework.  Don't expect them to try to make things right if they screw something up.

"Rhino" from Beisher Lock and Security came out on a Saturday afternoon to repair a botched locksmith job from another company. The previous company drilled-out my antique door and lock system rendering the door unusable. "Rhino" was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and skilled- working with limited options as the parts are no longer made for that lock system, he was still able to get the door working again! The price for this work was very reasonable, and he offered further options to make the door like new again.

I will definitely be choosing Beishir again for my future service needs!
