NWO has helped me with my MacBook numerous times. Extremely reasonable pricing, quick turnaround time and professional, helpful staff. We have also had phone screens repaired at NWO - again, very quick turnaround. I highly recommend NWO for any and all IT needs!

Brought my MacBook Pro in before work because it was running too slow to operate properly and I figured I'd give them a shot since they were a block away from the office. They informed me of all the possibilities of what could be causing the issue and provided a variety of solutions at various price ranges to fit my computer needs instead of trying to sell the most expensive option. An hour later I received a call notifying me that they had isolated the issue, reminded me of the options available to fix it, and had the computer ready before I could even take my lunch break. All in all, I would definitely recommend their services and will be returning for any future needs.

I stopped in NWO expecting them to tell me I needed a repair on my IPAD. AT&T told me the charging port was bad and would need replacing. Andy took a look at it and said he didn't see anything wrong. He checked it out, plugged in a charger and had it charging before I left. No trip out to the Apple Store in West County and no expensive repair. I will be using NWO for all my devices. I highly recommend this business.

This company represents themselves the way every company should. From my first contact with Jay who was very patient with my knowledge of networking, she was very nice, polite and helpful. She asked alot of questions about my network to help the technician to know what he was walking into. Sean was our technician, he was very clean cut, polite and knowledgeable. He was very thorough as he went through the system to see what was going on, found the problem and rectified it, and also corrected a couple of other things so the network would communicate better with the service coming into the house. I have already saved their number in my contacts as my new I.T. company and I will recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you very much Jay and Sean!
